» “Telework is not just a flexible working option: it is a key strategy to improve productivity, well-being, and work-life balance within organisations. But… How to implement it successfully?
» On 17 June, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, the training session: ‘Smart teleworking: how to balance productivity and digital wellbeing’ will take place, aimed at organisations and professionals who want to implement teleworking in an efficient and healthy way.
The training aims to equip organisations with the knowledge and practical tools to properly manage telework time, ensuring that both employees and the organisation reap the benefits of telework in both hybrid and fully remote models.
With a theoretical and participative methodology, the training:
- Will present the existing legal framework in relation to telework and its implications.
- Will analyse the most frequent challenges of teleworking for the organisation and the employees: productivity, digital fatigue, social isolation and sense of belonging to the company, coordination between teams, etc.
- Will define the key aspects of effective and healthy teleworking: organisational environment, team management, time management and work-life balance, and space and tools.
- Will make known tools for the daily management of remote teams: communication and collaboration tools, project and productivity management tools, and time and attendance tools.
The session will be given by Ariadna Güell, technician at the Technical Secretariat of the Time Agreement and co-director of the Time Use Initiative, expert in the development of new services, the management of internal and external agents, and change and process improvement.
This training session has been organised by the Time Agreement and the NUST Business Network, and is aimed at people responsible for the organisation of time in the company (managers, directors, people managers, heads of departments, human resources, etc.) as well as anyone interested in learning more about some tools for the optimisation of the use of time.
