Retrieve the practical session “Smart telework: how to balance productivity and digital well-being”
The training pill “Smart Telework: how to balance productivity and digital well-being”, provides organizations with the knowledge and practical tools to make a correct management of telework time.
» During the pandemic period, the adoption of telework expanded significantly. Lately, however, this model has experienced a notable setback, as many companies and organizations have returned to betting on in-person attendance.
Telework represents a flexible option and, at the same time, a key strategy to improve productivity, labour welfare, and personal and professional conciliation within organizations. But… how to implement it successfully?
To respond to this opportunity, the Time Agreement and the NUST Business Network have promoted the training pill “Smart Telework: how to balance productivity and digital well-being”, to provide organizations with the knowledge and practical tools to make a correct management of telework time, ensuring that both workers and the organization take advantage of its benefits in both hybrid and fully remote work models.
The session, led by Ariadna Güell, technician of the Technical Secretary of the Time Agreement and co-director of the Time Use Initiative, was structured in 4 key thematic blocks:
- Presentation of the existing legal framework about telework and its implications.
- Analysis of the most frequent challenges of teleworking for the organization and workers: productivity, digital fatigue, social isolation, feeling of belonging to the company, coordination between teams, etc.
- Definition of the key aspects to achieve an effective and healthy telework: productivity, digital fatigue, social isolation, feeling of belonging to the company, coordination between teams, etc.
- Exposure of tools for the daily management of remote teams: communication and collaboration tools, project management and productivity tools, or time management tools.
The complete recording of the session is now available at this link, with direct access points to the different thematic blocks to facilitate navigation and consultation of the most relevant content.
