The Communal Bike Ride and the Bicycle Festival are joining together for a civic, participatory day, open to all city residents, in which this two-wheeled vehicle plays the starring role. Activities and initiatives take place on this day to promote the use of bicycles as a means of transport and to raise awareness of the regulations aimed at guaranteeing safer, more civic bike riding.
