Every year, to mark International Women's Day, Barcelona City Council calls for entries for the 8 March - Maria Aurèlia Capmany Award, which focuses on an issue with a social and gender impact. The chosen subject for this 35th edition is “24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Let’s democratise care work”.
