One of the city’s oldest and ornate festivities is back: Corpus Christi and The Dancing Egg. This celebration combines tradition, nature and magic. The fruit, flowers and eggs take on an almost mystical quality and have become an identifying symbol for the city.

This year’s illustration gives us a glimpse of all the elements that make up this festivity, but with no sign of wasting any water. The flower, fashioned in a watery texture, is what lifts the egg and makes it dance. All around it, petals in spring colours explode as if they were drops of water.
