La lluita de les dones pels drets de ciutadania

This book is based on the oral history of the different women from Sant Martí who participated in the Builders of the City project. Here you have the untold history of these women, illustrated with pictures and photographs both from personal collections and from the municipal archives, that make it possible for us to see the contribution of women and the efforts they made in order to achieve basic citizenship rights. Women from different historical periods were the initiators of major collective action demanding, vindicating and ultimately attaining some of the rights that today we consider to be most fundamental, such as the right to food, housing, health and education.
