This call is aimed exclusively at natural or legal persons who own catering establishments or similar who have been in possession of an exceptional license to install a terrace on the pavement, awarded within the framework of the decrees authorising exceptional terraces due to Covid-19, who have obtained a license for the installation of a terrace on the pavement due to Covid-19, who have renewed the above-mentioned license, which is valid during 2023, who have made the payment to acquire said license up to 15 September 2023, who have not been awarded the subsidy corresponding to the previous call in the 2022 financial year and who meet all the other conditions or requirements detailed in section 6 and 7 of this call.

The following expenses are deemed eligible for subsidies:

  • Duly justified technical expenses relating to redesign and processing costs (such as management costs, costs for the fees of the professional technical personnel involved, or similar).
