The activities offered, aimed at audiences interested in learning more about the history of the Barcelona Fire Brigade, as well as its functions, are designed to expand on and enrich the visit to the permanent exhibition by adapting to a more diverse audience.
Guided tours
A tour of the old Poble-sec fire station, now the Espai Bombers, where visitors discover the history of the Barcelona force and the building: the first purpose built fire station built, and the historical phenomenon that led to it being built: the International Expo of 1929.

Fire fighters: who, what, how?
This is a dynamic family proposal where you’ll discover the exhibition space through an activity, where users must find a series of pieces of information to fill in their Fire Fighter's Logbook, while finding out more about the past and present of the role of fire fighters. At the same time, the instructor will offer different cases of hazards in which visitors must follow guidelines correctly to overcome them successfully.
