With a continuous wish to be an open space for different proposals, and also transparent in its decision making, Ateneu Popular 9 Barris is creating a new tool to manage proposals and requests from collectives throughout the whole season. 

Applications must meet three programme typologies: Mutual Support (Solidaris); cultural activities with mutually supportive aims in partnership with other organisations in the city; Co-production; arts proposals under co-production conditions with other bodies that are professionally dedicated to generating artistic production with social or co-operative criteria or that respond to the sphere of the social and mutually supportive economy; and, finally, Assignment and other formats, which envisages assigning space for organising talks, concerts, shows, etc or events in lesser-used formats.
