Brings together all the records, often referred to as correspondence, which cannot be included in a specific file that is classifiable in other sections of the classification table.
It includes documents produced as a result of the City Council’s relations with local, national, state and international bodies, institutions and entities, as well as natural and legal persons, plus the documents generated by the representational, public relations and protocol activities of City Council bodies.

Records referring to any kind of representational event or activity. The protocol affairs files are a documentary reflection of the formalities and ceremonies that must be observed in the celebration of a particular solemn occasion. These events and activities may be organised by the City Council or other institutions.

Books signed by dignitaries that visit the City Hall.
B172 - International cooperation (1994-1995)
Documents created or received in connection with the City Council’s participation in international cooperation projects and programmes proposed and carried out on the initiative of the City Council itself or that of various citizen cooperation stakeholders.

Press dossiers compiled by the mayor’s private secretary and the Mayor’s Office Documentation Department on subjects relating to the city and its institutions.
