The section that covers preventive and corrective actions in the event of emergencies, whether they are caused by wilful conduct or due to unintentional circumstances. It also includes the protection of people and property, maintaining public order and public services.

M101 - Local Passive Defence Board (1936-1959)

Documents generated by this body and the National Passive Defence Board, which were responsible for planning the city’s defence during the Civil War, and managing the civilian shelters that were built. It also holds records produced after the Civil War by the so-called “Ponencia de Refugios”

M102 - Lost and found register (1974-1988)

Books that record items that have been lost and handed in at the City Council Lost and Found Office. [The records kept are the result of applying a sampling technique in accordance with the ruling of the Municipal Committee for Sorting and Removing Documents and the National Committee for Assessing and Sorting Documents.]
