What is it?

A 3D FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) printer uses plastic filaments to create three-dimensional objects through successive layers.

A 3D FDM printer uses fused-filament deposition technology to create three-dimensional objects layer by layer, fusing and extruding filaments made of plastic or other materials. This accessible, versatile solution for additive manufacturing of pieces and prototypes is ideal for rapid prototyping and creating personalised items, models, toys and spare parts. It is also used in fashion, jewellery-making and designer products.
