What is it?
A washing and curing station is a device that facilitates the washing of printed resin objects by immersing them in a special liquid and exposing them to UV light to completely cure them and ensure a high-quality, lasting finish.
After resin printing, a washing and curing station is used to remove the unpolymerised resin residue and improve the mechanical properties of the pieces. The washing process normally uses water or an isopropyl alcohol bath to dissolve the residues, followed by UV curing to completely polymerise the resin and make the pieces stronger and more durable. This process is essential for obtaining high-quality final results and ensuring that the pieces are functional and well-finished.
