Josep Ribot i Calpe drew and painted the neighbourhood of Horta from 1930 to 1950. A district which, at that time, was mainly fields, orchards and farmhouses; a far cry from the one we know today. Despite the changes, if we look hard enough we can still make out some of the landscapes that the artist portrayed so beautifully.
