Rules of the draw Testimonis de tot el món sobre Barcelona.

  1. Organisers: The Publications and Editions Service of Barcelona City Council (Barcelona Llibres), through the Barcelona Llibres Instagram profile (@barcelonallibres), is organising a giveaway to mark the launch of the book Testimonis de tot el món sobre Barcelona, by Lluís Permanyer.
  2. Object of the giveaway:

3 copies of Testimonis de tot el món sobre Barcelona, by Lluís Permanyer.

  1. Requirements for participating:
  • You have to have a real, active Instagram account with a profile picture.
  • You have to be 18 or older and live in the Spanish state.
  • You have to do the following on Instagram:
  • Like the post on the draw.
  • Comment on the post and tag a user in your comment (each comment will count as one participation, as long as different users are tagged).
  • Follow the Instagram profiles @barcelonallibres and @bcnliteratura.

Participation in this draw entails total acceptance of these terms and conditions and the waiver of any appeal. The organisers reserve the right to exclude participants with fraudulent behaviours, fake profiles or malicious uses.

The organisers accept no responsibility for the truthfulness of the data provided by participants in the draw, or for failing to contact participants or winners who have provided incorrect, incomplete or erroneous data.

  1. Post of comments:

Comments whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or which may infringe the fundamental rights to honour, personal and family privacy or one’s own image will not be accepted. The organisers accept no liability for any damage caused by comments or opinions posted by participants.

  1. Mechanics of the draw:
  • The draw will be active from 28 November until 16 December, at 11.59 pm.
  • The winners will be selected at random using the AppSorteos tool.
  • The announcement of the winners will be made on 29 December 2025 through a comment on the draw post, a story and a private message to each winner.
  • If, 72 hours after the announcement of the winners, the organisers do not receive a response from any of them, they reserve the right to declare the draw void or to repeat the draw, following the same procedure described in these rules.
  1. Prize:

The 3 winners of the initiative will each receive one copy of Testimonis de tot el món sobre Barcelona, by Lluís Permanyer.
