Tr@mendu Encenem els Fogons
This restaurant belongs to a three-branched family project rooted in La Bordeta. Its director and owner worked at Roca Moo and Petit Comité. In 2017 they opened the vermouth bar Tr@mendu (Ptge. d’Andalusia, 8), in 2021 this modern take on traditional cuisine, and in 2023 a brasserie (C. Parcerisa, 12). The group has used cuisine to help boost and breathe new life into the area. Encenem els Fogons strives to offer a comfortable environment and the best fresh and seasonal products. Whether with traditional dishes to whet the appetite, such as cod brandade on coca flatbread with piquillos peppers and cured meat, starters such as their version of macarroni del cardenal with red prawns, main courses such as 100% Cod, and whole pieces of wild fish from the fish market and meats to bake or grill.
