Barcelona City Council and Barcelona Activa SAU are promoting the fourth edition of the BSTEP Programme Award.

As part of the BSTEP programme, which aims to support innovative emerging enterprises in the sportstech and e-sports sector in validating their potential and feasibility, the BSTEP Programme Award seeks to recognise the best project in each edition.

Participation requirements: to be eligible for the award, companies participating in the programme must meet the following requirements:

• Have actively participated in the programme: attendance of at least 75% of all training sessions and tutorials in the programme.
• Submit a OnePage document provided by Barcelona Activa as part of the application by the deadline of 6 October 2024.
• Submit an economic and financial plan provided by Barcelona Activa as part of the application by the deadline of 6 October 2024.

Prize Endowment

The price will be awarded as detailed below:

• Winning project: a financial contribution of 10,000 euros.

To receive the award, the projects must have incorporated the enterprise as a profit-making trading company with tax domicile in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area, where one of the partners must be the person who participated in the programme within a maximum period of six months from the award.
