Procedures and services stalls
Barcelona City Council is now making this new public service channel available to speed up the most common procedures and make it easier to access city information.
You can find these self-service e-terminals in different places around the city, for example, citizen help and information offices (OACs), some municipal libraries, civic centres and others such as shopping centres.
At the moment there are eight procedures linked to the residents' register (padró) and the municipal tax office, as well as arranging appointments. You can get residence registration forms, set up a direct debit and payment certificates for the property tax (IBI) and the motor vehicle tax (IVTM), pay fines and local taxes by bank card, and consult the electoral register.

The kiosks in the libraries have their own services, such as booking a computer or looking at the Barcelona Institute of Culture's what's on page and e-newsletter.
