Toulouse City Council’s modern music hall is opening a call for its new mentoring programme, conceived to provide advice, professionalise and confer autonomy to a new generation of women artists, in all their diversity.

The programme includes training (remote and in person), a creative residency and presentation within the music programme in the form of the Metronum festival.
