Hyper-mediations is a group exercise that shares the various contemporary factors and phenomena that trigger the experience of crisis. Based on everyday things and dealing with our own experiences as a case study, we will seek ways of transforming feelings of mental blockage or impotence beyond productivist temporality. We will see examples of existing models, share projects, establish real networks and investigate possible tools that help us seek clarity in the face of a global scenario which creates feelings of isolation. How can we tackle the dominance of algorithms, the problem behind the supposed “connectivity”, overexposure to information, addiction to self-expression, the ruling ideas of competitiveness and individualism, the ominous shadow of climate change, etc.?
