22 October saw the start of the residency in which the 23rd edition of Ateneu Popular 9 Barris Circ d’Hivern (Winter Circus) will take place. Quim Girón, founder of the company Animal Religion, will direct "Nu", a show that seeks to articulate human relationships from the starting point of everyday objects in a sequence of absurd situations full of humour and magic.

The artistic team is made up of Girón himself alongside Xavi Sánchez, Anna Aro, Ingrid Esperanza and Joan Català. Joan Cot is in charge of the music and sound space and Mercè Luchetti the theatre space. Adriana Parra is head of costume, Joan Serra is lighting designer and dramaturgy is by Carlota Grau.

The 23rd edition of Ateneu Popular 9 Barris Circ d’Hivern takes place from 15 December until 20 January. For more information, please consult the following website.
