After 20 years in operation, this month has seen renovation work start on the Nau Ivanow. The works are anticipated to last approximately six months in total. Duran that period, this Art Factory in the Sagrera district of the city, together with its resident artists and the creators’ hub (viver de creadors) will have moved just two minutes from the original site.

The reason is a partial renovation project of refurbishment and improvement of some of its spaces. The main building’s nucelus of stairs will be restructured to adapt them to current regulations. Likewise, certain rooms will be reallocated and spaces for changing rooms, showers and bathrooms will be refitted. The work will also result in improvements to installations in the affected spaces and areas for residents.
