Ràdio Fabra is launching an open call for its upcoming season. If you’ve got a podcast idea, check the GUIDELINES and send your proposal to radiofabra@bcn.cat.

This call is open to residents of the Fabra i Coats Creation Factory, members of the community connected to the Fabra i Coats complex, and any collectives with a cultural, educational, civic, or social project based in Barcelona. No prior radio experience is required.

Projects will be evaluated based on their alignment with the goals of Ràdio Fabra and the Xarxa de Ràdios Comunitàries de Barcelona (XRCB), their cultural relevance, innovation, and potential for community interaction. Priority will be given to initiatives with a feminist approach, technological experimentation, and links to the local economy. Selected participants commit to producing the agreed number of episodes, using the facilities responsibly, and promoting content through inclusive communication.

A radio for the community and creative talent

Ràdio Fabra is part of the Xarxa de Ràdios Comunitàries de Barcelona (XRCB). Located in Fabra i Coats: Creation Factory, Ràdio Fabra is a space for sound experimentation and cultural engagement. It offers creators a platform to share content, explore new formats, and build collaborative networks. Its mission is to support projects that not only reflect the activities in Fabra i Coats and the Sant Andreu district but also contribute to the wider cultural fabric of Barcelona.
