The BIC invites associations, foundations, universities, business schools, companies, research centers and consortia to be part of its Council to promote and coordinate innovation in Barcelona.
The members of the Council form a network for the exchange of experiences and knowledge and hold meetings every six months in order to share the progress of the BIC and look for synergies and improvements.
Organizations and/or entities that wish to become members or collaborators of the BIC can submit their application using the following form:

The members of the Council make available to the BIC a set of resources that facilitate the preparation and execution of innovation projects, such as:
- Mentoring (offer your expert advice on relevant projects)
- Networking (attend the Council and facilitate BIC members and projects to contact experts within their network)
- Physical spaces (give, temporarily or permanently, part of your spaces to BIC projects)
- Digital systems or resources (such as databases, studies, etc.)
- Material resources and/or financing
