We understand innovation resources as means of both public and private entities that facilitate innovation in the city of Barcelona and that can be used by entrepreneurs or entities that want to undertake innovative projects in the city. They can be both material and immaterial, such as Mentoring (expert advice), Networking, physical spaces (lent, temporarily or permanently), systems or digital resources (such as databases, studies, etc.), material resources and/or funding.

The members of the Council must actively participate in the activities of the BIC:

• Attend the six-monthly meetings of the BIC Council
• Contribute one or more innovation resources, according to their possibilities, to encourage the execution of innovative projects in the city
