Description: On September 17, 1923, Mr Joaquín Echagüe, representative of the Arrendatària de Tabacs company, requested permission to build on an empty site owned by the company. The project was designed by the architect Francesc Guàrdia. Thisbuilding was later used as the Barcelona Tax Office.
