As part of his prolific literary production, in 1976, Alberto Cardín drafted a film script, but it was left unpublished until now. The context in which he wrote it? Spain at the time of the first bill for political reform and the election of the first prime minister of the new democracy, following years of dictatorship. Now that it is being reactivated and published for the first time, it once again emphasises state macropolicies at the very moment when the paradigm is being questioned, in what is being called the ‘second transition’.
