Sergi has killed an old man and is now strangely quiet, camping with a suitcase full of bank notes. Conxi has done nothing wrong and is locked up in prison endeavouring to learn a new language to prevent her from breaking down. The story begins. Barcelona has just held its glorious Olympic Games and now it’s the turn of the outcasts to parade while the victories and defeats are still being counted. The other side of the coin can be found in Turó de la Peira Park, where a nest of secondary characters do their best not to end up like clichés in a B movie. The criminal cement of building constructor Sanahuja frightens them and everyone looks the other way. Now Sergi is supposedly making plans. But first he has to do the first and last good deed of his life, which involves Conxi and her relative innocence. He’ll perform this last deed and then disappear, he says, he’s had it with this city. And now the story really begins.
