This book features a range of artistic proposals in different disciplines by creators from the city that reinterpret the theme of Christmas. It also includes the artistic proposals and initiatives that have formed part of Barcelona City Council's Christmas campaign in recent years.

It is the fruit of bringing together the creativity and talent found in the city of Barcelona and the celebration of Christmas as a thematic thread and an aesthetic framework. The resulting artefact is a possible creative catalogue - among many others - that looks to the past, the present and future, that looks within and without.

And it is also an object of collective authorship, a stimulus, a gift, a discourse. Various artists show their works through the disciplines linked to design, illustration, comics, photography, gastronomy, mixology, prose, poetry, music, film, and sculpture, among others.
