The “El comerç i les escoles” programme organises the Punt de Llibre Award for another year, a competition aimed at students from educational centres in the city of Barcelona with a view to recognising the best drawings inspired by local commerce. Through visual language, children and young people will be able to reflect on the role of local commerce in the neighbourhood and represent it in the form of a book mark.
Centres interested in participating must send their registration to info@comerciescoles.cat (before 31 January at 11:59 pm).
The application must include:
- Name of the educational centre
- Contact person and details (email and telephone)
- Educational levels and participating groups
- Number of students in each group
- Name of the designers of the four bookmarks selected by each class
- Reminder: drawings cannot include logos or trademarks
Each class can submit a maximum of four bookmarks, prepared individually or collectively. To facilitate their presentation, centres receive a specific template that they must use to create the bookmark. D
Collection of bookmarks
At the start of February, the organisation will visit schools to collect the selected bookmarks from each participating class.
Jury deliberation and award ceremony
The jury deliberation will take place in mid-February. Once the deliberation is complete, in April, the award ceremony for the winners of the different categories of the bookmark awards will take place with an acknowledgement ceremony.
