The Barcelona City Council created the Barcelona Agenda 2030 Awards to acknowledge and publicize innovative initiatives that have a measurable impact on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the city. The awards are divided into three categories in this call: Action category: awards for the best initiatives aimed at achieving the SDGs. Involvement category: awards for the best initiatives for raising awareness, promoting and encouraging social participation in the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs. Education category: awards for the best educational initiatives focused on the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs.
