Barcelona City Council offers a new information and procedures service. The staff at the Citizen Help and Information Service will contact you via phone call or video call at a previously arranged day and time.
Also available is a space to exchange documentation where you can upload the documents that need to be processed or immediately download the outcome of you municipal procedure, wherever this is a option.

To request this service, you must request a prior appointment at the Virtual Procedures Office:

2. Enter your personal information and select the date for the appointment (you will be shown which ones are available). It is essential that you provide us with your contact email.
3. Before the appointment, you will receive a preparation email with links to submit documentation and about how to make a video call, if needed.
Scheduling the appointment
1. If your procedure requires specific documentation, then access the exchange link which you will receive by email and upload the documents.
At the time of the appointment
1. You can access the documentation exchange link and upload the documentation required by the staff at the Citizen Help and Information Offices.
2. If, during the procedure, the staff at the Citizen Help and Information Service need to provide you with a document, you can access it via the document download link.
The staff at the Citizen Help and Information Offices can provide the service via video call if required to carry out the procedure.
You will receive an email with all the instructions and a link to connect you to the video call. You can connect via computer, tablet or mobile telephone.

For your enquiry to be dealt with by video call, you need:
- A mobile telephone, a tablet or a computer with a camera, microphone and speakers.
- Internet connection
- Internet browser or Jitsi application (if you are connecting from your mobile phone or a tablet)
