La Caldera is offering keep-fit classes for professionals of the ApdC (Association of Professional Dancers of Catalonia).

In these classes, the dancer, choreographer and tutor Bebeto Cidra offers an exposition of the working methods she applies to her company for the development of her pieces. The class is structured in two parts: it begins with a warm-up where deep stretching, precision of energy, use of weight and movement directions and various forms of intertia help create a wide range of movements, before progressing to more creative, highly physical work.
