The aim of the project ‘Barris en dansa’ (‘Districts in Dance’) is the creation of a contemporary dance show featuring the participation of local people drawn from different districts of Barcelona. To this end the process of creation will be carried out during the workshops that take place weekly between September and December 2018. Participation is open to anyone who, even without knowledge of dance or other performance disciplines, is interested and wants to commit to the production process of this show.

The rehearsals taking place in different areas of the city are the following:

Les Corts: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 pm (children) and 7 pm (adults). Starting 4 September at La Caldera (c. Eugeni d'Ors, 12)

Sarrià: Mondays and Fridays, 6 pm (children) and 7 pm (adults). Starting 8 September at the Centre Cultural Casa Orlandai (c. Jaume Piquet, 23)

Baró de Viver: Wednesdays at 6 pm (children) and 7 pm (adults). Starting 12 September at the Centre Cívil Baró de Viver (c. de Quito 8-10)

Bon Pastor: Fridays at 6 pm (children) and 7 pm (adults). Starting 14 September at the Centre Cívic Bon Pastor (Pl. Robert Gerhard, 3)
