Terms

For this year’s residency, the themes of the applicants’ projects must revolve around humanity’s relationship with nature, for example Mother Earth or a living element. This theme has been the subject of numerous interpretations over the centuries, be they sacred, mythological or scientific. The key element of the residency is nature, specifically Penyagolosa Natural Park as a symbol of nature, and the way in which this emblem is currently being represented through art and contemporary thought. More information on the concept can be found in the Terms of the call.
