A spiritual journey, focused on friendship and death, that challenges us to experience a new perspective. Session that is part of the retrospective dedicated to the feminist and decolonialist scholar that accompanies the exhibition Seen Yet Unseen. 

Made in homage to the children's science fiction classic Milky Way Railroad by Kenji Miyazawa, Night Passage is a provocative digital story that tells the story of three young friends who travel, for a brief moment together, on the train between life and death. Their journey to and from the land of "daydreams" takes place during a long journey on a night train.

Ingeniously framing through the train window, filmmaker Trinh T. Minh-ha and artist Jean Paul Bourdier create whimsical and sensual dreamscapes, accompanied by an equally beautiful and otherworldly soundtrack. Once again, Minh-ha transforms his way of relating to the form and spirit of cinema, to challenge and provoke his audience.
