Alba Pujol
Alba Pujol, an actress trained at Barcelona’s Institut del Teatre, has collaborated with directors such as Carlota Subirós (Alícia al país de les meravelles, Les tres germanes, Jugar amb un tigre, Rodoreda, un retrat imaginari, Una lluita constant and La plaça del diamant), Alícia Gorina (Watching Peeping Tom), Lucia del Grecco (Mata’m Psicosi), Àlex Rigola (2666, The end, Rock’n’roll and Aquest país no descobert), Xavier Albertí (Vida privada), Pau Carrió (L’hostalera, Macbeth), Josep Maria Miró (Nerium Park) and Joan Ollé (Doña Rosita la soltera), among others.
She has combined acting with assistant directing and dramaturgical collaboration with Àlex Rigola and occasionally with Jordi Oriol (La cremallera) and Ariadna Montfort (Moaré).
She has directed the creative production No puc arrencar-me el cap, però puc fer-lo explotar and the staged reading Roissy.
On television, she has worked with Manel Huerga and Oriol Paulo on the series Nit i dia, with Pau Freixas on Los sin nombre, with Anaïs Pareto on 33 días, with Dagoll Dagom on La Sagrada Família and with Silvia Quer on the film La Xirgu.
In cinema, she has just appeared in Guillem Miró’s début feature, Mario, and is currently shooting two more films.
