Call for subsidy applications as part of the “Global Justice Cooperation Programme”, the “Global Justice Cooperation Programme for Specific Cities” and the “Global Justice Education Programme” for projects starting in 2022.

The procedure for awarding these grants is a competitive public tender, by public bid, in accordance with Article 22 of Act 38/2003, of 17 November, on general grants.

The aim of these subsidies is to provide the necessary resources for achieving the strategic goals set out in the Master Plan for Cooperation and Global Justice 2018–2021, which will be implemented through the specific objectives set out in this call.

Applications may be submitted during a period of 15 working days, from 4 to 24 February (inclusive). Any applications made outside this period will not be accepted.

Subsidy applications can be made online, using Barcelona City Council's Procedures Portal. You need to access the procedures portal in order to download the application forms and financial appendixes that need to be completed.
