Cultural management residencies at the Nau Ivanow
The factory offers residencies for cultural management professionals
Under this programme, the Nau Ivanow aims to meet the current high demand for cultural project management residencies in the specific area of creation centres and creative residencies.
The Nau Ivanow is highlighting the fact that managers and future managers of such centres can also reside, share and learn from other models and tools so they can keep on growing professionally while getting their own projects and centres to grow.
The management residencies programme is committed to giving time, inspiration and key elements for revitalising cultural management and proposing cultural exchanges with other cities and countries.
The aims behind the residencies programme are as follows: to gain new perspectives for running processes based on knowledge of a reality different from one’s own, exchange management experiences and tools with managers from around the world and encourage the training of an international network of management professionals from various countries.
The Nau Ivanow has been successfully running this programme for 5 years. This year has seen it playing host to Nacho Tamagno from the La Parisina de Córdoba cultural centre in Argentina.
