For five days, between 12 and 16 July, La Caldera will be focusing on the exchange of information, experience and knowledge between the choreographer Nacera Belaza and the audience at this new edition of Sporá Prógrama.

The aim of the laboratory is to question how professional dancers perceive themselves. The challenge is to continue the relationship with the other person and provide a different perspective on the stage. In her creations, Nacera Belaza specifically questions “gestures in dance” and her work feeds on the profound contributions of her dual Franco-Algerian culture.

Nacera Belaza will be performing her double programme La Nuit+ Sur le fil as part of Grec 2021 on 21 and 22 July. The choreographer and dancer will be providing a sample of her minimalist, spiritual dancing, performing a solo and as a trio, in which the repetition of movement seeks to connect the performers with their inner selves.
