Communication campaign aimed at visitors
A communication campaign aimed at encouraging visitors to behave civically in Barcelona, as they would in their home countries, and to conduct themselves as the local residents do.
The campaign has three clear objectives:
- The need for civility and zero tolerance towards behaviours that cause disturbances to the residents of Barcelona.
- Promoting Barcelona as a model of a civic city.
- Defending the well-being of residents and maintaining a balance between tourist activity and daily life, particularly in neighbourhoods with high visitor traffic.
To achieve these objectives, a list of rules has been created and distributed throughout the city in various formats (flyers, city posters, banners, street awnings, LED signs, arrival points for visitors such as the airport, port, train stations and entry roads for private vehicles).
