The city offers two Barcelona Tourist Bus routes that take visitors to the most iconic landmarks, monuments and attractions in Barcelona. The City Council is working with the Barcelona Tourism Consortium to introduce new, more diversified tourist bus routes that are better suited to current needs. 

In this regard, the City Council will grant a new concession for the indirect management of the tourist bus service, which will involve a redesign of the current routes, including a reduction of the routes through the city centre. 

This redesign will make it possible to introduce new routes closely connected to new tourist attractions in the city, such as areas related to culture.
