Tiler Gab presents “My kingdom for a Light”, an artistic intervention featuring his new works. Ten untold stories and Untitled Colors will be exhibited in the casernes of the Montjuïc castle. The intervention is curated by MIRA Festival and will run until January 07, 2024.
Ten untold stories
“Ten untold stories” is a series of ten light compositions designed for a 140-meter-long passageway of Castell Monjuic. The installation represents a journey through the memories of the space. The interplay of the light reflections and a spatialized soundscape amplified by the acoustic of the passage will emphasise the architectural details of the historical building and will create a new experience of the well known space. Tiler Gab invites you to imagine a story behind the walls of the iconic landmark of Barcelona, Castle of Montjuïc, through an in situ art installation.
The Installation is presented with the support of INFiLED Spain.
Untitled Colors
A large-scale photographic work that explores relationships between subject, object, light, and color. Author reflects on how the scale could distort our perception of the every-day environment or object.
