Temporary exhibition: “The Montjuïc funicular. The conquest of the Mountain ”

An exhibition to learn more about the history of the funicular that has connected the city with the mountain of Montjuïc over almost 100 years. Room 20 of the parade ground be transformed into a funicular, with the different compartments, windows and benches, where it will be explained how the project was conceived in the framework of the universal exhibition of 1929, the construction of the infrastructure, its evolution throughout the twentieth century, and the modernization of the funicular on the occasion of the Olympics.
