Paulina Flores

Paulina Flores, born in Santiago de Chile, has a degree in Hispanic Literature. 

Her published work includes the book of short stories short story collection Qué Vergüenza [translated as Humiliation] and the novels Isla Decepción and La próxima vez que te vea, te mato, all of which have been translated into several languages. 

She has received the Roberto Bolaño Award, the Critics’ Circle Award and the Bauer Giovanni Award, among others. In 2021, Granta magazine named her as one of the 25 best Spanish-language storytellers under 35. She lives in Barcelona.
