Barcelona is a vibrant city, constantly transforming. Over the past 30 years, Barcelona has become a different city, with new priorities and needs, sparking debate and controversy. Barcelona is at a critical moment in terms of housing, tourism and the rising cost of living, which are having social consequences that everyone is talking about. They include Adrià Pujol, Victoria Szpunberg, Eduard Olesti, Tina Vallès and Josep Maria Miró. Together with them, we will ask: What is Barcelona today? How has this transformation unfolded? How is it portrayed in literature?
