This tool helps users determine their level of digital skills.
Adapted by Barcelona Activa and the Catalan government in collaboration with the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) based on the European framework for identifying and rating digital skills (Digcomp), this tool helps users determine their level of digital skills and offers them courses adapted to their needs.
