This call is aimed at cultural-dissemination establishments that attract public audiences, which have or are in the process of obtaining a licence allowing them to stage live music, or establishments who want to carry out a noise-impact study to find out the requirements for obtaining a permit or a licence allowing them to stage live music.

These grants are available to natural or legal persons who are responsible for managing venues which are eligible for these grants and who have the appropriate operating licence (if required).

The deadline for submitting applications, initially scheduled from July 20 to September 6, 2021, has been extended to September 15, 2021 (BOPB of September 6, 2021). Thus, the new deadline for submitting applications is from July 20 to September 15, 2021 (both included).

Legal persons, under Article 14 of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, on common administrative procedure for public authorities, will have to fill in and submit their applications through the Online Procedures Office of Barcelona City Council’s e-headquarters.

Natural persons, under Article 14.1 of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, will be able to make their applications either online, through the Online Procedures Office in Barcelona City Council’s e-headquarters, or face to face, by prior appointment, at the registry of the Citizen Help and Information Offices (OAC) or at the Citizen Office for Culture (OCCU)
