La Central del Circ has finalised two of its Artist Workshops for the last few months of 2018. The Arts Factory’s continuing education programme regularly offers different types of workshops aimed at professionals and which are carried out under the care of artists with a proven track record of research work and teaching in a specific discipline.

Àudio-visió, una escriptura de l'espai (Audio-Vision, a Writing of Space) will be led by Yaëlle Antoine and Didier Préaudat. This is an in situ writing workshop that hopes to share with those artists attending the experience and working methods of the Toulouse-based circus organisation Compagnie d'Elles. It takes place from 15-20 October and will lead to a final presentation as part of the Escena Poblenou Festival. Registration is open until 26 July via the online registration form.

Taller de creació in situ (In Situ Creation Workshop) will be led by Christian Coumin and Pau Portabella. It consists of a collective creation workshop focused on surprise and use of space, taking as its point of departure the specific skills of the participating artists. This educational activity is organised as part of the De Mar a Mar European project and will take place between 10 and 15 December. Workshop details here.
