Catalog of rights of the whistleblower-reporter
The “Catalog of rights of the whistleblower-reporter” lists the rights of the Whistleblower Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) that whistleblowers or whistleblowers could invoke, before the public authorities, by virtue of the direct effect of that, in the period of time elapsed between the end of the period provided for its transposition until it was effective in Spain, that is, from 12-18-2021 until the entry into force of Law 2/2023 of February 20 . It has been prepared by the State Network of Offices, Agencies and Anti-Fraud Bodies (of which the Directorate of Analysis Services of Barcelona City Council is a part)
